I come from a long line of entrepreneurs—a family known for their international business acumen throughout the Caribbean and the USA. Growing up in this dynamic environment, I learned that innovation isn’t just a skill; it’s a mindset. It’s the ability to see possibilities where others see problems.
Have you ever looked at a challenge and thought, What could I create to solve this?
For me, that moment came during graduate school when I realized I could turn my passion for wellness into a thriving business. I founded Rosemond Wellness, offering Pilates and yoga classes, wellness webinars, and fitness programs. What started as a one-person operation grew rapidly, leading me to hire staff and expand our reach within the community. This journey wasn’t just about fitness; it was a masterclass in leadership, scaling a business, and adapting to meet the needs of a growing clientele.
But I kept asking myself: How can I do more? How can I help others unlock their potential and make an impact?
This question led me to pursue a Master’s in Human Resources and Organizational Development, where I delved into the art and science of inspiring teams, developing organizational cultures, and driving transformative change. These lessons came to life as I later took on leadership roles, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, setting strategic visions, and using data analytics to guide my divisions.
Today, I channel these experiences into my work with Data Is My Happy Space, LLC. Our mission is simple yet profound: to empower businesses to innovate and thrive in a constantly evolving world.
